Journalism has been, is, and will be an ever-evolving activity, in a world that we know as changing. History records that the fundamental form of communication at the dawn of humanity was oral-written, but in the recent past, journalistic activity found an expansion in film, television, and radio. However, Teletext and the digital press open up a formidable field of possibilities for communications in the 21st century. So the historical panorama of journalism is broad enough to write much more than just a chronicle. Do you want to be a journalist? Do you want to learn the ins and outs of this activity as old as it is necessary? In the Introduction to Journalism class, you will have the basic tools to train yourself as an excellent communicator. As a journalist and graduate student, I am interested in academic research in the areas of Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as historical, philosophical, linguistic and communicative research on the media, and my main goal now is to continue studying this and other gnoseological phenomena in various postgraduate lines. Join my class! In the end, life is a beautiful chronicle, and you will have the tools to describe it.
