My guitar lessons are for children, teenagers and adults of all levels, from beginner to advanced. My long and in-depth musical and pedagogical training allows me to adapt my method to each student and each situation, while respecting their individuality and supporting them in achieving their goals. I can also support students who wish to prepare for exams or entrance and evaluation competitions within music academies or conservatories, by offering work adapted to the requirements of the program and the objectives of each individual. I also offer early music lessons on historical plucked string instruments: lute, theorbo, baroque guitar and romantic guitar. Courses in music theory and solfège, as well as courses in music history, are also available.

We will gradually work on the Arabic alphabet, reading, writing, vocabulary, simple expressions and conversation. My goal is to help the child learn Arabic in a simple, fun way that is adapted to their own pace.

My teaching approach is very versatile and my lessons are crafted to meet the students' unique needs. I will always assess the specific goals a student has and I will design a tailor-made language plan to meet those needs and objectives. I offer Spanish classes for foreigners adapted to the level, pace and objectives of each student, from people who start completely from scratch to those who already understand Spanish but want to gain fluency and confidence when speaking. My method is based primarily on a communicative and progressive immersion approach. The idea is to use Spanish from the beginning, always adapting to your level, and gradually reduce the need to translate everything into your native language. If a word you don't know comes up during a conversation, before resorting directly to a translation, we'll try to understand it through context, synonyms, examples, images, gestures, or simple explanations in Spanish. This way, you'll also learn to use your existing knowledge to navigate situations where you can't find the exact word you're looking for. The classes can combine conversation, listening comprehension, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, but trying to work on these elements within situations where you might actually need them. We can practice everyday situations such as introducing yourself and meeting people, shopping, ordering in a restaurant, going on a date, traveling, running errands, communicating at work, or having conversations with greater confidence. I can also adapt the classes to foreign children and teenagers who need to improve their Spanish to function better at school and in their daily lives. My goal is to create a small immersive experience where making mistakes is a normal part of learning. You don't need to know every word to communicate: we'll work on helping you learn to use what you already know, find other ways to express yourself, and think more and more directly in Spanish.

Real-life use of the language is at the heart of my teaching, so in class we’ll speak Portuguese as much as possible and focus on situations and topics that are useful and meaningful to you. 📚 I mostly work with textbooks, especially if you’re a complete beginner, but I also use materials connected to your interests to help you learn and practise everyday vocabulary and expressions. Hi, I'm Mariano. I'm a mathematical engineer with a master's in applied mathematics from the Universidad de Chile, and I'm currently doing a PhD in mathematical modeling jointly between the Universidad de Chile and the Université de Lorraine (France). I've been tutoring maths for more than 10 years and have worked as a teaching assistant in university courses. These lessons are for primary and secondary students, including European Schools (S1–S5), IGCSE and the Luxembourgish system. All lessons are online, in English or Spanish. How I work: we start from what the student is doing in class and the questions they bring. I explain the topic building on what they already know, with concrete examples, and then we work through exercises from their own course, first together and then on their own while I guide them. At the end of each lesson we agree on what to practice before the next one. Packages of 5 and 10 lessons available at a reduced rate.

In this creative hands-on session, children can explore leaves, flowers and photographic negatives, compose their own designs, and watch as sunlight transforms them into unique blue prints. The workshop encourages creativity, observation and curiosity about nature, while introducing children to an unusual and fascinating form of photographic art. Children will work with pre-prepared cyanotype paper, so they can focus on the creative process in a safe and enjoyable way. Each child will create their own cyanotype artworks to take home. Howdy! Offering guitar lessons and unsolicited life advice. About a decade ago I ran into something I still can't put into words. Describing it is like trying to taste a colour, but that is the point: music is older than words, and it gets to places language can't reach. For a lot of us it's a way out of overthinking and overstressing, a way back to the feeling. Try this: keep tapping tap-ta-ta-tap-ta-ta-tap-tap on the table while you describe the room around you, out loud or just in your head. Rhythm and words compete for the same space. When you play, you let rhythm win, and the monologue goes quiet. That's half of it. The other half, the feel, can't be explained with words: you'd have to come and pick up the instrument. The lessons themselves aren't esoteric. We learn pieces you like, figure out how they work, then make our own music with them. No fixed curriculum: music needs passion, and passion needs freedom. No audition, no talent test. I'm not out to turn anyone into a guitarist. I just think we'd all be better off with more music and less words, and one (musical) conversation is enough to get the idea.
