Self Inquiry is a mindfulness healing method, optimal for people with many tensions, fears and psychosomatic complaints. I like simple, practical and effective... an activity that you should be able to explain to a 10 year old... Self Inquiry is a method to achieve and maintain a healthy balance, which should actually be learned at school, practical, simple and effective. The method is based on the principle that the signals we receive from the body are aimed at sending you to a happy, healthy and long life. In spiritual circles this collection of signals is also called 'the internal Guru'. Just as a wound on your finger heals on its own provided the right conditions are created, the body also heals the blockades and imbalances on an energetic, emotional and mental level. The body communicates with you continuously, through pain, tension, pressure, but also through love, inspiration, curiosity and zest for life. Although the body helps us to be happy, few of us Westerners have learned to listen to the body and act in line with its signals. Soooo... back to basics! From my own experience I know how tempting it can be to look for happiness outside of yourself and at the same time ignore the signals of the body. 15 years ago I ended up in a Burn Out, a very strong form of communication from the body, that it was really time for rest and reflection. The good thing is that you don't have to let it get to that point... During the lessons you will learn: - how you can strengthen the contact with yourself, with the body, with the signals from the body and how you can translate the signals into daily life and - how to live in alignment with your deepest truth, with your personal boundaries and in alignment with your deeper desires I give you the tools to do your own research and to improve. And in the meantime I will guide you through guided Self-Inquiry sessions to promote further deepening... the combination of self-practice and periodic guided sessions gives the best results.

So many big and small traumas are connected to our voice which makes it such a big healing experience to step out of the performance alley into an empathetic awareness space. A cultivation of deep listening is the key. How do you want to sing authentically if you don‘t listen? Our intention in a nada yoga session is to fully melt into the sounds as there is no separation anymore. Participants describe it as a deep feeling of a belonging or home. Because you drop your need to perform or reach a certain goal - actually you are simply sound. Which makes you even more receptive for the frequency of mantras and their divine imprint which wants to harmonize with the true essence you are. I really love to share this musical journey with you - and to guide you into an in-depth experience in 1:1 sessions. A healing space for everything that is, in sound and silence. As a meditative healer and nada yoga teacher I do my best to reconnect you with your true voice. Are you ready to dive deep? Do you long for for a deeper connection to the Divine? The discipline and the content that will be used will be from the discipline of Hatha Yoga with a focus on inclusiveness and the ability to adapt the practice in case of people having Traumas.
