Holder of a Master 1 in English LLCE, I have given English lessons since 2015 with Acadomia, Acsan as well as freelance for an audience composed mainly of secondary school students. I have also been an English trainer since March within the Syndicat des Taxis Marseillais et de Provence. My method is based on learning English based on the student's strengths and weaknesses, with reinforcement in writing, speaking and reading comprehension. Hello! My name is Yvan, I've been an English teacher at Acadomia since 2018. I've also taught English with ACSAN and as a freelancer. I'm a globetrotter, eager to discover the world, which is why my English is as good, both spoken and written. I am a tolerant and open-minded person: I believe that everyone can improve their English if they have the will, organization, and method. That's why my approach aims to favor an individualistic approach (centered on the individual) with the goal of individual improvement. I don't judge, but I encourage my students to move forward! Since motivation is a key factor for success in just about any field, I try to instill this mindset by making students aware of their strengths and weaknesses. The goal is for each student to build their own pyramid from the ground up! The basics are vocabulary, basic grammar and conjugation, as well as reading simple words. I constantly seek to explain the why and how in my explanations, keeping in mind that one language is never similar to another! The goal is to encourage personal reflection and therefore memorization through a stimulating pedagogy in which the student is the actor.
