For 5.5 years, I worked full time as a teaching assistant in higher education. During that time I was most excited about my talent nurturing activities, as I experienced the personal professional and personal development of my students. During my work experience in higher education and then in the economic sector, I realized that with the mass higher education, there is neither an opportunity nor a way for students to pursue individual professional career planning that takes into account students, meaning individual skills, interests and future plans. The goal of Academic Coaching is to enable university students to spend their years in higher education as efficiently as possible, beginning conscious career planning during this period and, as far as possible, significantly reducing the post-graduate job search period.
