I try to do a mix of activities in each lesson, focusing on different skills. So I will usually do one thing on grammar, one thing on vocabulary, and one or two things on a particular business skill like meetings, e-mails, presenting, telephoning, negotiations, small talk, etc. I also talk to you about your work week so I can give you feedback on your sentence structure and pronunciation, and simply to give you some speaking time.

If you can already play some basic chords on the guitar, I can teach you how to hear a song and figure out how to play it without needing to read music. You will learn some basic musical rules, and from there I will show you which chords do and do not work with other chords within 90% of popular songs. Rock, country, folk — these techniques work with all kinds of songs. Lessons are taught in English; ages 15+; international students welcome.
