You can learn Tai Chi Boxing, Qi Gong and Kung Fu in 1-hour-lesson!
First you try feeling your Qi with your palm.
Secondly you activate your Qi by warming up excercise with special wands.
Next you play one of 12 Animal Forms or 5 Element Fists, say Bear or Splitting Fist.
If you would like to learn how to strike, you can try hitting a punching shield safely .
Before finishing the lesson you play Tai Chi to cool down yourself and do standing meditation for a while to harmonize your body and mind.
