• Executing individual plan for students with unique needs • Developing lesson plans for class 1st to 5th • Conducting daily assembly and managing classrooms • Teaching students on modern classroom technology smart board • Organizing trainings for teachers • Providing personal time to the parents for handling children with special needs • Monitoring classes in terms of implementation of lesson plan and quality of teachings till 5th standard • Conducting individual and group counselling sessions for students and teachers on how to overcome personal social and behavioural issues
