Serious, attentive and dynamic, I have been accompanying and supporting several dozen secondary and higher education students for more than 8 years in their academic success and in passing the Polytech and Medicine entrance exams. . My goal is to make my students independent in their study and to provide them with a methodology that will be useful to them throughout their schooling. Typically a course is done in two stages: 1) A first passage on the theory in order to identify the students' difficulties and the material to study for future exercises. Then deconstruct the concepts that pose problems into several concepts that are accessible to the student. Once I have explained a concept, I do not hesitate to ask the student to explain again in their own words what they have understood, in order to make the learning active. 2) We move on to the exercises to do, typically I let the student think about the exercise for 2-3 minutes before helping them solve it. Again, as we move from one stage to the next, I always ask the question "why?" so that the student can explain to me what he understood. So I check that he or she has understood the concepts used to move forward and learning then happens naturally.
