- Professionally trained violinist with experience performing and teaching in the UK, Mexico, Germany and Spain. I am classically trained but have toured with and regularly work with a range of other genres, so whether you are interested in Classical, Folk, Jazz, Rock or Pop, I adapt my lessons to your motivations! - I teach both adults and children, beginners or advanced learners and aim to nurture a joy for music whilst developing excellent technical ability in my lessons. - My classes combine a musical and technical approach, incorporating exercises to ensure a healthy long-term style of playing in terms of posture and technique as well as widening student's repertoire and developing their own tone and sound. - For younger learners, I use songs and games to keep motivation high and accompany instrumental teaching with an ongoing introduction to music theory. - I have lived and worked in the UK, Spain, Mexico and Germany so am happy to teach in Spanish, German or English.
