I am a certified yoga teacher looking to share my learnings with those who would wish to know more about the benefits of yoga and for those who wish to progress their yoga practise. During my class I like to focus on breath and proper body alignment, so as to avoid injuries. My classes are flexible and will help give you a good posture. Focus will be on all major muscles of the body. Moving through a planned sequence with intention and breath awareness. We will begin each class with a mindful meditation, followed by a breathing technique and the asana sequence. During a class we will focus on correct alignment and also take inputs from the student.
