Graduated in traditional postural yoga in India, I followed a pre and post natal yoga training at the Gasquet Institute.
Today I offer pre and post natal yoga classes to accompany you in the stages of your motherhood.
On the program: meditation, breathing exercises, gentle asanas (postures) that will help you accept the changes in your body, relieve your pregnancy ailments and connect with your body, your sensations and your interior.
The classes are gentle and accessible to all expectant mothers unless advised against by your doctor. You don't need to have practiced yoga before.
Prenatal yoga is an ideal tool for:
Improve your sleep
Manage stress, emotions, anxiety
Support body changes
Fight against fatigue
Promote better digestion
Prevent blood circulation problems
Relax the perineum
We practice together in an online group or in private lessons at your own pace.
I graduated from a 500 hours in multistyle yoga (Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa), an 85 hours in Yin yoga and I did a pre and post natal yoga training with the Gasquet institute. Today teaching yoga is a real passion, I particularly like teaching Hatha with a few touches of Iyengar, Yin and prenatal yoga and I practice a multitude of different styles.
I accompany you through the practice of Yin, a yoga inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, slow and meditative. This practice focuses on postures working on flexibility, we hold the postures over time in respect of our body for the greatest benefits for our flexibility, our joints, the relaxation of the fascias and also the relaxation of the mind which appreciates a moment of silence, of immobility, of introspection, a yin moment, of reception.
Dynamic yoga classes suitable for all levels. I teach Hatha which is the basis of all postural yoga and I like to integrate small touches of Viniyasa (a yoga where you hold the breaks for less time, the sequences of postures are more fluid).
A typical class begins with a mini guided meditation to settle into the practice and land, then we take time to awaken all the joints of the body before moving on to more engaging postures and gradually the intensity back down to relaxation. final, also guided.
I adapt to the requests of my students and accompany them with kindness in the discovery of yoga that will do them good, according to their body, their level of energy, their flexibility.
