I specialise in teaching gentle, hatha and vinyasa yoga. My goal is to let students develop a yoga practice that is suitable to their needs and goals. Some people like to practice yoga for a physical work out, some for reducing stress, for the spiritual aspect and others for stretching out after a workout session. Whatever your desires for yoga are, I can create a class around your needs. These yoga classes are for complete beginners. You will learn breathing practices, postures, relaxation and meditation techniques. You will develop confidence, strength and flexibility!
