Self-knowledge is essential when making important decisions for our future, but unfortunately, we are not taught to know ourselves in depth, so most of the time we make decisions based on what is expected of us in society. For this reason, in my work I am dedicated to supporting young people to make conscious decisions about their future based on their strengths and talents. In addition, in this process, I especially focus on strengthening personal security, social skills and self-concept, in order to not only discover what they want to do, but also how to achieve their personal goals and objectives. professionals. This coaching and vocational guidance work is carried out in 4 one-hour sessions, which will be carried out weekly online (the duration of the process is a month in total) and work material will be provided to deepen at home, which a dedication of between 10 and 15 minutes a day is necessary.
