    Yoga is more than just asanas. It should bring your body, mind and soul into harmony. In the yoga class, I focus on eliminating stress-related issues such as tight hips, stiff neck and shoulders, back pain, and all other problems that result from a sedentary lifestyle. If you are new to yoga or are already a pro-yogi, I will adapt the lesson to your needs, with easier and more strenuous options. During the class, I also pay attention to proper breathing for the greatest benefit from yoga asana. I integrate pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation to make your yoga experience great.
