🥦 Targeted knowledge of nutrients and nutrition can lift the mood, reduce pain and accelerate digestion/metabolism. Selected yoga exercises support the blood flow and the lymphatic system.

You will receive 4 individual yoga classes and a unit (between 45 - 120min) full of information about your cycle and the optimal nutrition based on your needs and challenges.

Q: Is yoga just "contortion" or body position?
On a! The body positions are only a part of yoga. In addition, I offer you space to increase your well-being through meditation, journal questions and relaxation exercises and to use these tools effectively in everyday life.
Q: I already practice yoga, is this class still for me?
A: YES! If you would like to refresh the principles of yoga (again) and continue your yoga journey individually.
