In this course we learn the basics of mindfulness meditation (or mindfulness) that allows us to achieve a serene presence to be able to face and solve small challenges as well as the biggest difficulties in life. We practice a guided sitting meditation in each session, with mindful breathing exercises that can be easily used at home outside of the course. The sessions may also include relaxation, conscious movements (Qi Kung type) and a time for dialogue (spiritual guidance and support for the student).
