Yoga is an ancient, holistic health and wellbeing practice. Whether you have some, a lot or absolutely no experience, you will be supported in developing your own independent practice by a longstanding teacher and practitioner, drawing from a number of traditions. You will cover asana (postures), pranayama (breath control) and meditation practice, with the initial emphasis on developing physical balance and strength.
