I am a native French speaker from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and provide french classes for beginners. French is such a fun and romantic language to speak!! This course is for adults who are interested in picking up a second language from scratch or for those who want to brush up their knowledge of French. My goal is to provide students with the basics to create a foundation so that they may eventually pursue it at an intermediary level if they wish. The focus will be on basic vocabulary, numbers, grammar, verbs: être and avoir in the present tense, nouns (feminine, masculine, singular and plural). The classes will be interactive allowing you to practice speaking and listening, and you will also get involved in reading and writing.

Self Confidence is a muscle that needs to be built over time. The focus of this class is to provide students with various tools on how to build their self confidence in order to break out of their comfort zones and move towards achieving their goals. You will learn how to deal with fear of rejection, how to use body language and so much more. The more confident you become, the more you are able to see the possibilities that are available to you. Many people get "stuck" due to lack of confidence in all areas of their lives - lack of confidence in relationships and career paths, and an overall lack of confidence in their own capabilities. You will also let go of some of your limiting beliefs and instead, allow some self love into your life.

A lot of us go through life on autopilot. We do things because it works on the outside - it brings good money in, the relationship is tolerable, and the weight is manageable. And yet, many of us are not satisfied with how things are, and continue searching for something more. Why is it that we keep looking for something else, only to keep on looking somewhere else even after we find it? It is because we have not figured out why we do what we do. The WHY should become the basis of all the choices we make and the actions we take. This course will take you through practical exercises on how to Discover Your Why and help you find your purpose.
