I'm new to music tutoring, but over many years exploring music I feel confident that I have valuable knowledge to share. Whether you want to learn the technical art of mixing, or how to learn a song by ear, I can help you with that. I have a first-class degree in Creative Music Technology from Falmouth University. During this time I produced two solo albums, which taught me much of what I know about song-writing, production and mixing. I have since received several commissions for original video game music, which has developed my experience in composition. My personal instrument is the piano, but I also have some skill on the guitar and ukulele. I began my piano playing journey by reading sheet-music and learning classical pieces. I have since found that it's much more fun to play songs by ear, so my current focus is on learning jazz and blues from recordings.
