Hello! My name is Bea, I have a degree in Spanish Philology and I have been working as a teacher for seven years. I currently live in Berlin, where I teach Spanish, but I also continue to give tutoring classes and organize writing workshops for a school in Madrid. When I teach, the most important thing for me is that the students enjoy and feel that they are learning. I am very interested in Spanish-speaking culture, it is a subject that is always present in my classes because I think it helps to understand an important component of the language. I am aware that there are many varieties of Spanish. Mine is from Spain because I was born there, but I have studied Latin American varieties a lot and I have them in mind when my students ask me "what is the right thing to do". So if you already speak a little Spanish from a particular place, I encourage you to keep it! In my classes the four skills necessary to master a language are worked on: - Oral and written comprehension. - Oral and written expression. This means that we are going to learn grammar, vocabulary, phonetics and pragmatics to be able to express ourselves well in any environment. I love all of these topics and will be happy to share my knowledge with you :) Classes can be face-to-face or online, you choose. My schedule at the moment is quite flexible and since the course has just started, it is not fixed yet. So write me directly and we'll talk about a schedule that works for both of us.
