Hello there, I am Giulia a professional ballet dancer and 200 Hours Certified Yoga Teacher.
I am here to offer a variety of Yoga classes, from Vinyasa flows, that warm up the whole body and increase its mobility, to Hatha Yoga, which will make you feel more grounded, stable and strong, to relaxing and restorative Yin Yoga, perfect to do at the end of the day to search peace and free the mind and body from possible tensions accumulated during the day.
I am here to listen to your goals and support you achieving them.
With the physical practice I will include some time to do meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama).
My background as a Professional Ballet Dancer has given me important tools to understand the anatomy of the body and its physiology. I am looking forward helping you discover your body and find a sense of presence, calm and love towards yourself.
