I believe that children were born differently but one common thing about them is they have a natural craving for learning and knowledge. With that so, teaching should be done thoroughly, pleasantly, and collaboratively. Teaching needs to be done thoroughly. Starting from the easiest topic to difficult, from concrete to abstract. It needs mastery before going on to the next theory. In addition, the way children naturally learn should also be considered. Teaching need to provide a pleasant environment for learners to grow and learn. Allow each students to explore meaningfully and realistically. Moreover, students should feel that learning is like a game - a fun filled learning experience with others. Lastly, teaching should be done collaboratively. A great connection of teacher and student will lead to a successful learning. Students must not be afraid to work on with their teacher and classmates in exchanging ideas and knowledge. In addition, exchanging feedbacks - teachers to students and vice versa - will help the teaching process successful and realistic.
