I started my yoga journey since 2017, completed RYT200 certificate at feb 2020 . I enjoy to lead a dynamic , fun vinyasa flow ,all levels are welcome :-). if time allowed , following by a calm peaceful, mindful yin class to release the tension of your body n mind . I can teach at your place or do a online live class . I'm from China , now living in Switzerland with my husband, my clas will be given in English or Chinese if needed.
