Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga in which you move from one pose into the next in a one breath to movement flow.
The pace varies throughout the sequence, there is a warmup, a peak in intensity and a slow cool down.
On a physical level it is a well rounded practice that engages the whole body.
We focus on finding a balance between building strength and increasing flexibility.
On a mental level you can expect over time to at least gain a heightened sense of self awareness.
There is also a huge emphasis on paying attention to and regulating the breath which can play a very beneficial role in both physical and mental health.
