Yin Yoga is an intense and soothing form of yoga, where the emphasis is on “slowing down”, gentleness and kindness to yourself. We hold poses for longer (3 to 7 minutes) so that you can feel your body better and you can explore your limits.
Yin Yoga focuses on relaxing and strengthening your connective tissue and joints. You release deep tension and create space in your body and in your life. You will notice that you will not only feel more space on a physical level, but also on a mental and emotional level.
