Stress is a global phenomenon that has been described as the “Health Epidemic of the 21st Century” by World Health Organization. Stress has been defined as a psychological state; where individuals perceive their personal or environmental demands are exceeding their coping resources. This course is formed of 6 sessions to facilitate you to manage stress and anxiety:_ 1. Effective time management 2. cognitive errors and positive thinking affirmations 3. defensive mechanisms (coping with stress) 4. Personality temperament and stress 5. mindfulness 6. social media , Exercise , diet, sleep and their relations to stress For each session you will aquire a new skill to manage your stress. Various psychiatric tests will be used to assess your stress and anxiety level, your time management skills and your personality.
