Hi! I am a 500 hr yoga alliance certified ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher from India who believes in yoga as a way of life.
Personal sessions of Vinyasa/ashtanga/power yoga will be tailored as per your needs/ability/goals. An introductory meeting is important for me to understand your background (fitness, health) & needs (incase of injury, issues, etc.) before proceeding with curating personalised content in order to get the desired results.
Other topics that can be covered are:
1. Pranayama (Breath-work)
2. Asana alignment (pose adjustment/correction)
3. Yoga philosophy (with Sanskrit translations)
4. Meditation
As we transition into the ‘new normal’ during these crazy times of a pandemic, I am happy to offer online yoga classes in English (for all levels) to help you - get back into shape for the summer 😊 & connect your breath to movement discovering a sense of calm within.
Each class will also have pranayama (breathwork) & meditation. You will experience & gain both strength & flexibility, feeling rejuvenated after every class!
