The Founder of Csilla Language Lab (CL) began her online platform as a result of COVID19 pandemic when she introduced virtual classes to her students. She quickly adapted to a new norm and appreciated the amazing benefits of learning online. She is able to hold classes and teach children globally without living on the same continent or in the same time zones. Having clients in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia enables Csilla Language Lab (CL) to connect with a variety of students wanting to learn German. Csilla, the founder of CL, is a Zurich native. Having grown up with multiple languages, she is proficient in five languages. As a child of immigrant parents from Hungary, she has always had an intense passion for languages and diverse cultures. She moved to the United States as a young adult and has been living there for 15 years. Today, Csilla lives between Zurich and New York. She has graduated with a BA in Childhood Education and English Literature from the City University of New York and an MA in Literary Studies from the University of Zurich. Csilla has taught at several public, private, international, and German schools in New York and is currently teaching at Montessori in Zurich. Her performing arts background infused with her academic excellence make her classes unique. She believes in a more progressive way of language learning where the experience of different art forms and especially each of her student's interests are of great importance. Her boundless passion for teaching, her energy, creativity, dedication and years of professional experience make Csilla a very different kind of a teacher, one you have never encountered before!
