Yoga classes at home - Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin -
I travel to direct yoga classes at home (individual and / or groups, basic and intermediate levels)
My intention is to adapt the sessions to the needs of the student, being able to combine different asana practices (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin) together with breathing exercises (Pranayama), guided meditation and relaxation.
Anyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of age or physical condition. You only need comfortable clothes and a non-slip mat!
