Hello everyone,
I'm Andrea, your dedicated yoga guide. For over a decade, yoga has been my steadfast companion, guiding me through life's journey. In the past two years, I've transitioned to sharing this profound practice professionally, driven by a deep desire to impart the wisdom I've gained from my diverse experiences.
From the tranquil landscapes of South America to the idyllic shores of Mauritius, I've immersed myself in the study and teaching of yoga across various cultures. Recently, I achieved my official 200-hour yoga certification from "House of Om," a milestone in my ongoing quest for knowledge and growth.
In my teachings, I specialize in the transformative practices of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. With a blend of compassion and wisdom, I craft classes that offer a harmonious balance of movement and mindfulness. Each session is uniquely tailored to honor the individual needs of every student, allowing you to cultivate conscious breathing and embody your true essence.
I love designing classes with a mix of focuses. We'll try postures that engage muscles a bit and also bring some meditation to the mat to connect with our bodies. If you're new, don't worry—no experience is needed. "Yoga is for everyone," and I'm here to make it accessible and enjoyable for you.
"The Flexibility it's coming from the MIND first, not from the BODY"
See you in the Mat!
