I'm Aurora, nice to meet you ☺️ A graduate of East Asian Studies (Autonomous University of Barcelona), I have been giving private lessons in languages such as English and Spanish for seven years, and I have been teaching Korean for two years. I also have experience as a basic-level Korean teacher at the Sejong Institute in Barcelona. In my undergraduate degree, I majored in Japanese and Korean language and literature. I have been living in Korea for two years, during which I have obtained TOPIK 6 and C2 level of Korean at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree to obtain the official title of Korean teacher. I think that not being a native speaker of the language and having to learn it from scratch has provided me with very important tools to try to help Spanish speakers approach a language as different as Korean. In my classes, I adapt to the pace and needs of each student, without putting pressure. With me you can work on grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading and writing comprehension, and we can focus on one of them in particular if required. Depending on the student's interests (K-pop, K-dramas, Korean food, traditional culture, etc.), I try to make classes more enjoyable by creating practice exercises related to the topic of interest. :) With experience as a student in the TOPIK, I have also worked as an exam assistant, so I also offer to help prepare for TOPIK exams.
