I would like to design my lessons especially for you and adjust myself to your needs and wishes.
I like to get to know you and hear what you hope for from yoga classes and whether there are physical limitations so that I can support you as best as possible.
A typical hour consists of a breathing exercise (pranayama), a sequence of postures (asanas) and a final relaxation (shavasana) and, if you like, a guided meditation.
