My methodology? I tailor my lessons to the student in front of me - current level, behavior, rhythm, interests etc. Of course, there is always a similar foundation: I use the current news, series and movies, books and other media as syllabus to help the core of the lesson to be more digest and better integrated by my students. 
I am a very well read and cultured person, as well as well traveled, with lots of creativity, so lessons are unique and always get the job done!
