Hello everybody, I am a professional Spanish bassoonist living in Ghent since 2019. I started playing the bassoon when I was 8 years old and I have always been passionate about the world of music and art because I consider it essential in these times. After studying my bachelor's degree in Spain, I came to do a master's degree with Professor Pieter Nuytten, Graziano Moretto and Jaap de Vries. Afterwards I did a postgraduate course in contrabassoon with Jaap de Vries. I have experience both in orchestra and in teaching people of different ages, because I have been a teacher since 2021. I have knowledge about reeds, how to make them, how to fix them, etc. I consider it an essential part of the instrument. I consider myself to be a passionate person who loves his profession and also to be able to help musicians to develop their career as an artist.
