I offer flexible yoga classes as individual lessons or in small groups as required: designed for relaxation, physically challenging, to balance physical ailments, with a focus on breathing techniques and/or meditation, tailored to the needs of seniors or as an introduction for beginners interested in yoga.
I completed my yoga teacher training with a focus on Hatha and Ashtanga in India at the beginning of 2020 and was able to gain a lot of insight into Indian yoga philosophy in addition to practical knowledge.
