Physical Activity is super important for people's good quality of life. I am a Sports Science student with various certifications in sports training and injury prevention as well as a Master's in Physical Activity and Health. -I give functional classes with some yoga stretches, pilates exercises. Also for postural correction. -HIIT -Functional box -Hypertrophy and strengthening. -Injury prevention and sports re-adaptation. I also give nutrition or diet advice for specific goals.
