Class description: Finance and investment decision-making are at the heart of all given opportunities. I will help students (undergraduate or graduate) and adults (on the job) regardless of their academic background, to understand key finance concepts. The classes start with an assessment of the student's level of knowledge of basic accounting & finance, then individually tailored sessions will consider their unique progress needs. Starting with the essential concepts upon which we will build as sophisticated a model as to suit their diverse needs. Financial Statements, Time value of Money, Valuation of Assets, and Financial Modelling, NPV, IRR, ROIC, WACC, EVA are all tools geared to develop business plans, academic thesis, job interviews preparation, or simply aiding in advancing already on-the-job individuals in search for a personalize class approach to enhance their knowledge.
