    In meridian yoga we will do specific exercises to open the meridian of each organ so that our energy can flow effortlessly through our body again and any blockages can be avoided. With chair yoga we will do stretching exercises for neck, shoulders, arms, chest and back while sitting. This type of yoga is ideal for people who spend all day in front of the computer or elderly people who have difficulty walking, as well as people with back problems and other ailments. For both meridian yoga and chair yoga, no knowledge of yoga is required and both are accessible to everyone.
