I offer personal and sports coaching sessions. With these sessions I want you to learn to define both personal and professional goals and help you create an action plan that will help you achieve it, as well as help you find your true motivations and help you find a way to commit to your goal. Through the coaching we also work to improve communication, identify your strengths and improve your less strong points, learn to organize your time, learn to regulate emotions and know yourself. Through Mindfulness we learn relaxation techniques to reduce stress, emotional regulation techniques and techniques to connect with the present moment and live consciously. My specialty is the field of emotions and their regulation. For this I will show you several techniques to learn to know your emotions, learn to identify them in different situations and find a way to regulate them in order to respond to the situation satisfactorily.
