I'll be teaching Pranayama, Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Core, Inversions, and Yin yoga in the class.
For your own safety, you should practice close to the wall when taking an online session. You should also have a mat and two yoga blocks ready. Some classes will require a yoga trap, and a yoga wheel. If you prefer to come to my Yoga studio, mats, blocks, and other accessories are available.
And remember to drink enough water for a day.
