I am a licenced psychologist, and I help individuals with their personal development, relationships and careers through short-term training. I follow the principles of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), which focuses on challenging and modifying unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes. The CBT training will be exclusively up to 15 sessions. I work well with people who struggle with: - feeling stuck personally, professionally or in the relationship - building quality relationships with others - understanding themselves and their choices - staying committed to their goals - coping with anxiety, self-doubt and panic attacks.
