Hi my name is Rory, I am 27 years old and have been playing bass since the age of 10, recieving lessons from a professional. I then began playing guitar when 15 and built up to a high standard of playing. Being competent in tabliture, scales, keys, and a lot of the theory and technical aspects of these instruments, I am offering lessons for all ability lessons and ages. I have been teaching for just over a year now to students from as young as 6 and as old as 50, some with special needs and learning difficulties, motor function deficiencies etc. This has given me an excellent window into the life of teaching and tutoring music and being able to discover what allows you to learn most effectively.

Digital audio work stations are powerful computer based software which process analogue signals and digital information in order to reproduce sound recordings. They can then be edited, manipulated and produced into music with manifold applications and an increasing variety of options. As a sound producer I have over seven years of experience with different DAWs from Protools, to Studio One and am happy to guide students on how to effectively record their own music from home.
