In this class you will be exposed to techniques that help you to better manage anxiety. Mindfulness allows you to live in the present moment, with kindness and curiosity so that you can change and adapt your behaviour. These sessions will be tailored to the needs of the participants.
I am an experienced teacher with a Master's Degree in Biology for Education. I have been teaching since 2000 and since 2006 I have been teaching in International Schools. I use differentiation strategies and I like to coach students to accomplish high results.
