    In my prevention courses, young people are instructed in developing healthy routines. The constant repetition of these routines should lead in the long term to young people seeing them as a completely natural part of their lives in the future. The focus of my stress management courses is dealing with the self! In this course, the young people learn to give their emotions space, to reflect on them, to discover certain behavior patterns and to learn to accept them. Part of this course is also to learn how to react to unhealthy behavior patterns in a psychologically healthy way: How do I manage not to let a requirement become too much? The young people are taught techniques from autogenic and relaxation training, which they can use in the long term when stress threatens to overwhelm them.
    As a qualified teacher for secondary school, I have specialized in supporting students outside of school in understanding the teaching content in depth. I'll teach you what there is no time for at school! The focus is on you as who you are. In this way you will not only manage to get good grades, but above all you will retain your self-esteem.
