BODYSHAPE is an excellent medium/high intensity workout for body transformation. In fact, it starts with your own body weight and increases the intensity using weight bars, dumbbells or elastic bands.
They start with about a 10 minute warm up.
During 30 - 40 minutes the exercises are carried out. Among these exercises, squats, strides, planks, crunches and any variant of all of them stand out.
In the last 5 – 10 minutes stretches are performed and calm returns.
