Yoga is a powerful tool to not only keep your body healthy but also your mind and soul.
Before asanas, Yoga teaches us to breathe, to therefore return to ourselves through it and feel better and happier.
I have been practicing yoga for three years and decided to train not only to be able to teach but above all for myself. I trained mainly in Hatha Vinyasa and also in Yoga for pregnant women after having had two babies in the middle of yoga training.
I hope to be able to convey to you everything that yoga has brought to my life.
