Biochemistry is present in our day to day, even in each food we consume, they are composed of all kinds of chemical structures that interact with each other, each one has a particular composition and function. In this course you will learn the basics of food biochemistry and how it can be applied on a macro scale such as production of a certain type of food, conservation, process improvement and optimization of organoleptic properties.
