Most importantly though I try to convey my passion for this unique instrument and support my student on his personal journey of learning and growth. In order to create beautiful music, you will not only have to master playing the instrument but also making high quality reeds. Thats why also offer lessons on the craft of reed making, from the basics of making your first reed to perfecting concert grade reeds. My piano lessons cover a wide range of musical styles from Classical music, through Jazz all the way to contemporary pop music, depending on the students interests. Depending on the needs of the student the teaching can include and focus on different technical aspects such as finger flexibility, music theory or improvisation.
