Math and Physics are the most powerful, as well as exciting, fields for finding out and understanding how nature, that we live in, works. Any person is capable of even becoming a great scientist if the studying process is coherent, consistent, relevant, and systematic! Since the learning process implies the existence of two sides, the teacher and the learner, I think that each has its own responsibilities. My responsibility is to feel and understand what are students' necessities at each stage of development and come up with corresponding learning strategies that fit students mentally. I strongly believe, based on my experience, achieving something valuable: true knowledge, and deep understanding requires work from students as well. The student has only one responsibility – to make assignments and work by themself since that is the process when the student has to analyze, understand and reproduce, and that is how the student's information, given by the teacher, transforms into the student's knowledge. At my end, I will ensure he/she always gets the homework that matches his/her current level and skills! “hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard”.
